MARINATED BEAN SALAD | |
1 (1 lb.) can cut green beans 1 (1 lb.) can cut yellow beans 1/4 c. cider vinegar 2 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. mixed pickling spices 1 c. thinly sliced celery 1 sm. onion, chopped 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper 2 tbsp. chopped pimiento Drain beans; reserve 1/2 cup liquid. In large mixing bowl, combine reserved liquid, vinegar, sugar and pickling spices. Add beans and remaining ingredients. Mix well. Cover. Chill thoroughly. Makes 12 - 1/2 cup servings. |
