MARINATED FOUR-BEAN SALAD | |
1 can (1 lb.) green beans 1 can (1 lb.) cut wax beans 1 can (1 lb.) kidney beans 1 can (1 lb.) garbanzo beans 1 sliced or chopped green pepper 1 med. onion, sliced or chopped 3/4 c. sugar 2/3 c. vinegar 1/3 c. salad oil 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper Drain beans. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over beans. Toss. Chill. Toss to coat beans with marinade before serving. |
