CRANBERRY CRUNCH 
1 c. uncooked oatmeal
1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 lb. can jellied cranberry sauce
Vanilla ice cream

mix oats, flour and brown sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Place 1/2 of this mixture in an 8x8 greased pan. Cover with cranberry sauce and top with rest of crumbly mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve hot topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Serves 6.
