BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bacon, fried & crumbled
6 to 8 slices bread, torn in pieces
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 pt. milk
1/4 c. melted butter

Combine meat, bread and cheese in baking dish. Mix mustard, salt, eggs, milk, butter and pour over dry mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour uncovered at 350 degrees.

Double recipe for a 9 x 13 inch pan. May substitute fried sausage, ham chunks for meat.
