CHOCOLATE ANGEL DELIGHT 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
4 egg yolks, beaten
4 egg whites, beaten
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. sugar
4 boxes whipping cream, whipped (2 pts.)
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 angel food cake, chopped sm. bite sizes pieces or food processor

Beat whipping cream until whipped. Add powdered sugar to taste. Beat egg whites until stiff. Chop cake into bite size pieces or chop in food processor.

Melt chocolate chips with sugar in top of double boiler over simmering water slowly. Add beaten egg yolks to chocolate and stir well. Add salt and vanilla. Remove from heat. Fold in beaten egg whites into chocolate mixture. Fold in half of whipped cream; add nuts. Set aside.

Put one half of chopped cake into large rectangular pan, pour one half chocolate mixture on top of cake and spread. Repeat; with remaining whipped cream on top. Garnish with curls of chocolate.
