3 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 c. white Karo syrup
1/4 tsp. red color
1 lb. raw peanuts
1/2 stick butter
A pinch of salt

Bring sugar, water and syrup to a boil. Add peanuts and red color. Cook to hard ball stage. Remove from heat and add butter and salt. Beat until too thick to beat. Pour on a greased pizza pan. When cool, break into pieces.
