FLOUR TORTILLAS 
2 c. flour
1/4 c. lard
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. lukewarm water

Mix flour and salt, cut in lard, add enough water to make a sift dough. Knead dough on floured surface until smooth. Cut into 6 equal parts and shape into balls. Cover with a damp towel and let rest 15 minutes. Roll each to 8" in diameter. Cook on medium to medium high ungreased griddle. Keep warm in a dish towel.
