10 med. green peppers
10 med. onions
10 jalapeno peppers, 10 red hot peppers, and 10 Anaheim peppers
15 cloves garlic, depends on individual taste
5 c. vinegar
1/4 c. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. ground cumin
