CHICKEN FRICASSEE 
2 lbs. chicken wings
2 lbs. gizzards
2 lbs. chicken necks
3 glasses of water
1 lg. onion, diced
2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c. ketchup
3 tbsp. water
1 sm. onion, grated
1/4 c. corn flake crumbs
Garlic salt
Pepper
1 lg. can tomato paste
1/4 c. water
2 med. sour salt
Sugar or Sweet & Low, to taste

Place gizzards, necks, wings, onion and water in soup pot. Bring to boil and simmer 1 hour. Combine ground beef, egg, ketchup, water, grated onion, corn flake crumbs and garlic salt and pepper and shape into small meat balls. Add to soup pot. Mix with a wooden spoon. Add tomato paste, water, sour salt, sugar or Sweet & Low. Simmer 1/2 hour longer.
