MARINATED CARROTS | |
2 lb. carrots, sliced 1 chopped green pepper 1/2 c. salad oil 1 tsp. salt 1 med. onion, chopped 1 can tomato soup 1 tsp. wet mustard 3/4 c. apple cider vinegar 1 c. sugar Cook carrots until tender and drain. Mix the rest of the ingredients. Add the carrots to the mixture. Marinate overnight. |
