PEPPERMINT-OREO DESSERT 
1 lg. pkg. Oreos
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 gallon peppermint ice cream

Butter 9"x13" pan. Crumble Oreos. Save 1/3 of cookies. Mix other 2/3 with softened butter. Press this mixture into bottom of pan. Soften ice cream. Spread on top. Sprinkle remaining Oreo crumbs on top. Freeze.
