PINEAPPLE STUFFING | |
3 eggs, beaten 1 can (20 oz.) pineapple 3 slices bread 2 tbsp. flour 1 stick butter, melted 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. sugar Place bread in warm oven to slightly dry. Then dice. Add pineapple to beaten eggs. Combine dry ingredients together. Add to pineapple mixture. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Top with diced bread. Pour melted butter over bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. |
