MEXICALE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (15 oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes
1 pkg. Martha White Mexican corn bread mix

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown ground beef, drain fat. Add taco seasoning and drained corn. Add tomatoes and chop well. Bring to a boil. Pour mixture into 13 x 9 inch baking dish. In small mixing bowl mix corn bread mix, 1 egg and 2/3 cup milk and pour over meat mixture Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
