CRISPY SESAME CHICKEN 
6 chicken breasts, split and/or legs
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sesame seeds, toasted
2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 pkg. Good Seasons dry Italian mix
1/2 stick butter

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Dip chicken in combined milk and egg. Coat with combined flour and seasonings. Dip in milk mixture again. Coat with flour mixture again. Place in 9 x 13 1/2 inch baking dish. Allow chicken coating to dry at room temperature approximately 15 minutes. Dab butter over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.
