ROASTED ASPARAGUS 
1 bunch fresh asparagus
1 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Herbs of Provence

Wash and trim asparagus. Drizzle with olive oil and salt, pepper, and Herbs of Provence. Roast in a 425°F oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until desired tenderness. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese when done. Serve 4.
