ROSE'S STRAWBERRY MOLD | |
6 oz. strawberry Jello 2 c. boiling water 2 pkgs. frozen strawberries 1/2 c. chopped nuts 8 oz. sour cream 1 med. crushed pineapple, undrained Dissolve Jello and cool 15 minutes. Add frozen strawberries, pineapple and nuts. Pour half in mold and chill until firm, 30 minutes. Pour sour cream on firm Jello in center, leaving about 1/2 inch from edge. Carefully spoon on the remaining Jello and chill. |
