TURKEY OR CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2-3 c. diced turkey or chicken
1 c. rice, cooked
1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 can water chestnuts, thinly sliced
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. coarsely crushed corn flakes

Saute onions and celery in butter. Mix all ingredients except corn flakes. Place in a 9"x13" lightly greased casserole. Mix corn flakes with 2 tablespoons melted butter, sprinkle on top. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
