CRANBERRY CHICKEN 
6 chicken breast halves (boneless and skinless)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 green pepper, chopped
1 lg. can cranberry sauce (jellied)
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

In paper bag coat chicken with flour and salt. Add chicken breasts, one at a time and coat well. Brown in oil and place in casserole.

Make sauce by sauteing onions and peppers and then adding cranberry sauce, sugar and salt. Pour over chicken. Bake 325 degrees for one hour.
