CORN FRITTERS | |
Prepare batter as directed, omitting milk and adding 1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn. Drop batter by tablespoons into hot oil and fry until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper and serve. NOTE: If using electric skillet, pour corn oil to depth of 1/4" heat to 375 degrees or follow manufacturers direction. Fry food, 1 layer at a time, about 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. |
