CRANBERRY NUT DELIGHT 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello dissolved in 1 c. boiling water
2 c. whole berry cranberry sauce
2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
3/4 c. chopped nuts

After dissolving Jello in boiling water, chill until it becomes syrupy. Add cranberry sauce, pineapple and nuts. Place in mold, refrigerate until firm.

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (softened)
1-2 tbsp. sugar

Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth. For softer consistency add small amount of sour cream or milk.
