Leave on or take skin off of potatoes. Cut potatoes into chunks. Put in pan; mix potatoes around so potatoes are coated with oil. Then pour on onion soup mix.

Bake until done, mixing 2 to 3 times during baking process.

Please note: Olive oil may be used instead of vegetable oil.
