MEXICAN MEAT PIE 
1 lb. hamburger
3/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1 c. cooked elbow macaroni
1 sm. can Carnation milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. butter
Grated cheese

Brown onions, celery and pepper in butter. Add meat until browned. Mix this with cooked macaroni, milk and mushroom soup in mixing bowl; season with salt and pepper to taste. Place mixture in casserole dish, cover with grated cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
