MEXICAN MEAT PIE 
2 lbs. hamburger
2 tsp. chili powder
1 sm. can tomato sauce
3 c. cooked potatoes
2 c. cornbread batter
2/3 c. chopped onions
2/3 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. salt

Brown meat and onions. Add salt and celery, chili powder and tomato sauce. Cover simmer 20 minutes. Add beans pour into greased baking dish. Top with batter, spread with wet knife, spread thin. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until bread is done.
