FRENCH TOAST 
2 lg. eggs
1/8 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
Syrup or desired topping
Butter for frying
4 slices bread

Beat together the egg, sugar and spices. Melt some butter in pan. Dip bread in egg mixture. Fry on both sides in hot pan until golden brown.
