1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
6 c. Crispix cereal (any Chex cereal)
2-3 c. confectioners' sugar

Melt chocolate and oil at low temperature, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter. Pour mixture over cereal, gently tossing until well coated.

Place confectioners' sugar into a gallon sized storage bag. Add coated cereal and close bag tightly. Shake bag gently until cereal is thoroughly coated with sugar. Refrigerate in air tight container.
