LIMA BEAN CASSEROLE 
3 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen lima beans
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 clove garlic, minced

Boil lima beans until tender. Drain and mix with the rest. Bake in 3 quart greased casserole (covered) at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. 12 to 15 servings.
