FROZEN BANANA SPLIT 
1 1/2 c. vanilla wafers, crushed
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
2-3 bananas, sliced thinly
1/2 gallon ice cream
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
2 c. powdered sugar

Make crust layer by combining wafer crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press in 11"x15" pan. Layer sliced bananas over crust. Slice ice cream in 1/2" slices. Use enough to cover top of bananas. Freeze until solid. Combine 1/2 cup butter, evaporated milk, chocolate chips and powdered sugar in pan over medium heat to boiling stage. Boil slowly until thick like pudding, about 10 minutes. Let cool. Add vanilla. Pour over ice cream. Freeze until solid. Let stand a few minutes before cutting and serving.
