GARBANZO SALAD 
1-14 oz. can garbanzo beans (chick peas)
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 small jar pimientos, chopped
salt and pepper

Rinse garbanzos in cold water. Combine with other ingredients and allow to stand in refrigerator for several hours.

Serves 3-4.
