1 Deluxe yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 oz. bottle of red food coloring
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. water
4 eggs

Mix cake mix and pudding together. Add water, eggs, oil, and food coloring, Blend 2 minutes.

Makes 2 or 3 layers.

Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.

Frosting:

1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter
8 oz. bream cheese
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Put unwrapped cream cheese and butter in microwave for 30 to 45 seconds. Add sugar, pecans, and flavoring. Spread on cooled cake layers.
