TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 onion, chopped and sauteed in 1 tbsp. butter

2 cans tuna
1 tbsp. curry powder
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 c. rice, cooked
1/2 c. raisins

Blend with tuna mixture, heat. Serve (on side) saucers of chutney, green pepper, celery, lettuce, and chopped pimiento if desired.
