PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6-8 med. pork chops
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can string beans
3 med. potatoes
Salt and pepper

Brown pork chops and arrange on bottom of casserole dish. Peel and dice potatoes and put in a bowl. Drain string beans and put into bowl. Open can of soup and add to potatoes and beans. Mix, adding salt and pepper to taste. Pour over pork chops and bake in oven for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
