TOMATO JAM | |
3 c. ripe tomatoes, chopped (blanch to remove skins) 2 c. sugar 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin Cook tomatoes and sugar for 12 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in gelatin and stir until gelatin dissolves. Pour into sterilized jars. Keep refrigerated. Can be frozen. |
