STRAWBERRY NUT BREAD 
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed and chopped in blender or Cuisinart
1 c. pecans

Combine first five ingredients in large mixing bowl. Make a well in the center of mixture.

Combine remaining ingredients and add to dry ingredients, stirring until well combined.

Spoon mixture into 2 greased and floured 9X5X3 loaf pans.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
