SNOWBALL CAKE 
2 pkgs. plain gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Juice of 1 lemon
1 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
3 pkgs. Dream Whip
1 can coconut
1 lg. angel food cake

Mix two packages gelatin with 1/2 cup cold water. Let set. Add 1 cup boiling water, 1 cup sugar, juice of 1 lemon and juice of pineapple. Let set until partly jelled.

Prepare 2 packages of Dream Whip according to directions on package. Add Dream Whip and pineapple to the gelatin mixture.

Butter a 9x13x2 inch dish. Cover bottom of dish with small torn pieces of angel food cake. Cover this cake with one half the gelatin mixture. Repeat for a second layer. Prepare 3rd package of Dream Whip and spread over cake like icing and sprinkle with coconut. Chill for 24 hours.
