HOMEMADE SAUSAGE 
Grind 25 pounds of pork meat. Add 8 ounces of Liggs Old Plantation Pork Sausage Seasoning. Mix well. To make it hot, add black and red pepper, and sage to taste. Make patties or stuff in hog casings. Hang and let dry or freeze.
