HAM AND BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 (20 oz.) pkg. cut broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/8 c. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery sup
1 soup can milk
1 c. shredded American cheese, 4 oz.
3 c. cubed cooked ham
2 c. rice, quick cooking
1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cook frozen broccoli; drain well. In saucepan cook onion in butter until tender but not brown. In large mixing bowl, stir together soups, milk, and cheese. Add drained broccoli, cook onion, ham, uncooked rice, and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees until rice is done, 45-50 minutes. Serves 10.
