HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cut up chicken (crab or tuna)
2 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated onion
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Combine ingredients, except cheese and potato chips. Pile lightly in baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and chips. Bake 10-15 minutes. 6 servings.
