DINNER ROLLS | |
1 pkg. yeast 1/4 c. warm water 1/3 c. oil 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 3/4 c. scalded milk 2 eggs 3 1/2 c. flour Dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl. Stir in oil, sugar, salt, cooled milk and eggs. Whisk until blended. Gradually add flour, 1 cup at first, beat well; keep adding flour. Turn onto oiled board. Make into smooth stiff ball. Shape into small balls put into greased muffin tins. Cover and let rise until doubled in size. Bake 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Makes 18 rolls. |
