TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. chili powder
Salt & pepper
2 c. chopped tomatoes
1 c. drained, pitted ripe olives
1 regular size bag Fritos
1/4 c. taco sauce
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. ground oregano
1 head of lettuce
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 can kidney beans
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Brown ground beef, drain fat; add catsup and spices. Simmer a few minutes. In a large bowl, tear the lettuce and add tomatoes, cheese, olives and kidney beans. Add meat mixture to lettuce mixture. Add Fritos. Make dressing of mayonnaise and taco sauce; toss salad with the dressing. Yield: 6 ample servings.
