3 eggs
1 c. oil
8 tbsp. chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. sugar

Mix eggs, oil, cocoa, vanilla and cinnamon well. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into greased and floured pan. Can also be made in cupcake tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until done.
