TACO SALAD DIP 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 env. taco seasoning mix
1/2 head lettuce, chopped
3 bunches scallions, chopped
4 chopped tomatoes
8 oz. grated Cooper sharp cheese
1 lb. ground meat

Cream together sour cream and cream cheese; spread on bottom of flat dish. Brown meat and 1/2 taco seasoning. Drain and pat dry. Layer on top of cream cheese mixture:

Lettuce

Tomatoes

Sharp cheese

When ready to serve, top with Ortega thick and chunky salsa sauce. Serve with corn chips.
