CLAMS CASINO 
3 (8 oz.) cans chopped clams (reserve juice
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 clove garlic, minced (or powder)
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
35 crushed Ritz crackers
1/4 c. melted butter
Pinch of diced bacon bits
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can reserved clam juice

Mix well; loosely fill clean clam shells with mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 20 minutes.
