2/3 c. cocoa
3 c. sugar
4 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 jar marshmallow fluff

Combine cocoa, sugar and salt; add milk. Bring to a boil and boil, stirring frequently, until a small amount forms a soft ball when dropped in cold water. Remove from heat. Drop in butter, then mix and add marshmallow and vanilla.
