FRAN DOYLE'S MANDARIN ORANGE PIE 
1 graham cracker crust 9 inch
2 egg yolks, only
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/3 c. lemon juice or real lemon
4 or 6 oz. Cool Whip
1 can mandarin oranges drained

Beat yolks and milk and vanilla and lemon juice. Fold in whipped cream. Fold in oranges. Pour into crust. Chill, covered in refrigerator.
