COUNTRY COFFEE CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix with pudding in the mix
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten

Mix all together and pour into greased and floured bread pan. Now take 1/2 cup white sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Mix together and pour over to of cake batter. Take a knife and swirl the sugar mixture into cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 or 40 minutes.

While cake is hot from oven make a streusel icing and pour or drizzle over cake.

ICING:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
