STRUKLE MEATLESS CASSEROLE 
Cook 1/2 pound wide noodles in water with salt. Drain. Mix together 1 carton creamed cottage cheese (1 lb.), 2 eggs and 1/2 pint sour cream. Let stand while you brown 1/2 cup bread crumbs in 1 stick of butter. Make layers of crumbs, noodles and cheese mixture. Top with crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
