FRUIT AND BUBBLES 
3 1/4 oz. pkg. tapioca pudding
2/3 c. orange juice
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
8 oz. can pineapple chunks
3/4 c. milk
1 lg. banana, peeled

Empty pudding mix into a 2 quart microwave safe bowl. Drain pineapple over a 1 cup measure. There will be about 1/3 cup juice. Add orange juice to make 1 cup. Add to pudding. Add milk; stir to combine. Microwave on HIGH 3 1/2 minutes. Stir. Microwave on HIGH 1 minutes; stir. Microwave 1 1/2 minutes or till mixture comes to a full boil. Stir again. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes; stir twice. Slice banana into thick slices. Add all fruit to pudding mix and stir. Cover with plastic wrap and chill or serve warm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
