8 oz. cream cheese
1 med. onion, grated
1/4 c. mayonnaise
Dash of Lea and Perrins sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash of Tabasco sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 sm. jar caviar

Mix all ingredients except caviar. Mix 1 teaspoon caviar into cream cheese mixture because it colors it grey. Put rest on top after putting it in a serving dish. Serve with party crackers.
