SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1/2 c. instant rice
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt

SAUCE:

1 can tomato soup
1/3 c. white vinegar
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped

Mix the first 5 ingredients together and form walnut-size balls. Place in flat baking dish and cover with sauce. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
