MARSHMALLOW - TOPPED SWEET POTATOES | |
2 (17 oz.) cans whole yams 1/4 c. butter, melted 1/4 c. orange juice 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 15 regular marshmallows OR 2 c. miniature marshmallows Combine potatoes (mashed), butter, juice and cinnamon; mix well. Spoon into one quart casserole; top with marshmallows. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly browned. Makes 6 servings. |
