MARSHMALLOW - TOPPED SWEET
POTATOES
 
2 (17 oz.) cans whole yams
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
15 regular marshmallows OR 2 c. miniature marshmallows

Combine potatoes (mashed), butter, juice and cinnamon; mix well. Spoon into one quart casserole; top with marshmallows. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly browned. Makes 6 servings.

Our new BEST family favorite. Tried on Thanksgiving - went over BIG. When I make it again, I am going to put in a layer of marshmallows in the middle AND on the top. Thank you
